FAQ
Community Member and Resident Creative applications are followed by payment once your agreements are signed. Producer / Engineer applicants are never charged before the interview — payment instructions are provided after approval.
One credit covers a booked block of member studio time. Credits post to your Member Portal each month and are held when you request a session.
No. A Day Pass is one-time studio access. You sign the studio agreements, pay, and use the room for the day — there is no recurring billing and no Member Portal account.
Monthly memberships are billed through PayPal, so you can manage or cancel the subscription from your PayPal account at any time. Tell us so we can update your portal.
