Policies

Payment, fees and cancellations

Applicable New Jersey Sales Tax (currently 6.625%) is added to taxable goods and services where required by law. Listed prices do not include sales tax unless stated.

Payment policy

  • A valid debit or credit card may be required to reserve any booking.
  • Full payment is due before services begin unless otherwise approved.
  • Projects over $500 may require a 50% non-refundable retainer.
  • Projects over $2,500 may be billed in milestones.
  • Final files, mixes, videos, photos, artwork or deliverables are released once the balance is paid in full.
  • Booking deposits are non-refundable, and completed creative work is non-refundable after delivery.

Pricing FAQ

Services published in our Square store can be booked and paid for directly from this page — look for the Book now button. Everything else is confirmed with a written quote first, with the listed rate as the starting point.

Studio bookings may require a deposit and event bookings require a non-refundable booking deposit. Projects over $500 may require a 50% non-refundable retainer, and projects over $2,500 may be billed in milestones.

Additional studio time is billed at the normal hourly rate. Additional event time is $70/hour, DJ $50/hour, photography $100/hour and videography $125/hour.

Yes. Nonprofits, schools and community groups should say so in their request and we will quote accordingly. Luxary Group Arts programs are free or sliding scale where funded.
