Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Luxary Group Co. together with Luxary Group Arts, its nonprofit arm. Use the site lawfully, do not attempt to access areas or accounts you have not been granted, and do not submit content you do not have the right to send.

Enquiries and quotes

Information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer and does not confirm availability or price. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and received any deposit due.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

A deposit holds your date and is credited against the final balance. The balance is due on or before the session date unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

You may reschedule with reasonable notice, subject to availability. Cancellations close to the date may forfeit the deposit, because the room and the crew were held for you. If we ever have to cancel, you receive a full refund or the next available date, at your choice.

Conduct in our spaces

You are responsible for your guests and for anything brought into the building. Follow the direction of our staff on safety, capacity and equipment. We may end a session or an event without refund where conduct is unsafe, unlawful or harmful to others.

Damage beyond ordinary use is chargeable to the person or organization who made the booking.

Your work and our work

You keep ownership of the recordings, footage and materials created in your sessions. We keep ownership of our own systems, templates, designs and site content.

We may show excerpts of completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Where a project is confidential, tell us and we will keep it off our channels.

Programs and community membership

Luxary Group Arts programs and community memberships have their own participation terms, provided at enrolment. Places may be limited, and continued participation depends on attendance and conduct.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts where terms are breached or where security requires it.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here applies to bookings and site use from the date it appears.
